Protest Procedure

• Protests must be filed in writing by the coach representative within one hour of the end of the round and will be adjudicated by the West OK Committee.

• No protests regarding tabulation will be permitted after the awards assembly.

• Written protest must include the following:

• Name of the school advisor or authorized adult representative(s) filing protest and school, city, state

• Signature of advisor /coach or authorized adult representative, who must be on site

• Code and speaker number of person/team being protested

• Round/section/room of person/team being protested

• Specific infraction being protested described with supporting detail and page numbers from the manual
