Schedule Notes

  • All rounds are SINGLE-FLIGHTED.

  • Judges should click start as soon as you see that you have a ballot, not when the round starts.

  • All participants should be in the room at Tech Check time and should verify that all can be seen and heard.

    • Judges report missing competitors by email if they are not present at tech check. Report again if missing by start time.

  • All rounds should start by the start time - starting early is OK!

  • Asynchronous speech rounds should be judged during that rounds time slot.
