A few quick reminders for everyone about this tournament:

1. Schools must have a $0 balance with the NSDA in order to compete.  If you are sending checks to the NSDA office please do so early so that they are received and credited before the beginning of the tournament.

2. Only PAID members with over 25 NSDA points (earned from competition) may be registered for this tournament. The Registration Deadline is February 7 so students competing the weekend of Feb 4 may earn enough points to be eligible.

3. Entries are LIMITED.  Entries are limited based on your school's NSDA strength.  Tabroom SHOULD automatically limit you but please be aware of your schools limits.  You can find your entry limits on the attached District Spreadsheet.  Please also note that no matter how many "Debate/Speech Slots" your school has you MAY NOT enter more than 4 entries in any one event (other than Congress).

4. Students may enter in up to 2 main events and may NOT double enter in debate. Congress and Big Questions do not count towards the students' entry limits but students MAY NOT enter Big Questions and another debate event as they will be running at the same time. Students must also complete a single entry letter of intent.  More detailed information can be found on the tournament registration site, the unified manual, and in an upcoming email.

5. Speech entries have very specific script requirements. More information on these requirements can be found in the unified manual.  We will also send out some more specific information in subsequent emails.

6. World Schools Debate be on the watch for more information regarding the WSD application for students.

7. NSDA Awards Be on the watch for an email detailing the awards and nomination process for NSDA awards.
