Note rule differences for NSDA Events:

*All events have a 30-second grace period.

*Informative Speaking is a 10-minute event that allows visual aids.

*In Extemporaneous Speaking, use of notecards is prohibited.

*Review the publishing requirements for Dramatic Interp, Duo Interp, Humorous Interp, and Program Oral Interpretation.  NSDA rules are very strict about what constitutes a published work for these categories.

*Bring copies of literature used in these events in case there is a challenge.  Please also bring a list of all sources used in Program Oral Interp to insure they meet NSDA requirements.  You can only list one source when you enter this event in tabroom.

Please make checks payable to:  Northern Wisconsin NSDA.

Send payments to: John Rademacher, 145 Pine View Dr, Madison, WI 53704 or bring check on tournament day.

If your school requests it, here is the W-9 form: Northern Wisconsin NSDA W-9

(Please note, the address to which checks are to be sent has changed from previous years.  Be sure to update the records with your school's business office.)

Judges: 1 judge for every 4 entries. NSDA rules require the use of 3 judge panels for all rounds once 8 or fewer competitors remain, requiring higher judge needs compared to the average tournament.
