This is my 2nd year judging. I will follow the rubric for each speech/debate event. When delivering speeches, I like clarity in organization at the beginning of speech events with an obvious flow throughout. When debating, do not speak so fast that its difficult to get all the points of interest. I am looking for clarity in your values and arguments with a logical defense of your ideas. Presentation skills are valued by me as well. Just do your best!
