Pufo/LD/Parli: I follow the flow but I want to hear your voters, and I want to know if an argument is dropped why that is important. Impact calculation plays a large part in the way I am going to vote.
Congress: Decorum is everything. Congressional debaters should mimic what a functioning legislative body should act like. Knowledge of parliamentary procedure is something I will rank everyone on as it is an integral part of that form of debate. When not covered by state or NSDA rules I resort back to Roberts Rules of Order 10th Ed. The ability use motions, points of order, etc. in the correct situations using the correct wording goes a long way. Outside of parliamentary procedure I want to hear about the people you theoretically represent or your constituents.
