I give lots of nonverbal signals. If my pen is down, you need to give clear sign-posts so I know where you are on the flow. Introductions should be more than a road map--what are the voting issues? Crystallize in rebuttals using the flow. I will not appreciate a fluffy summary at the expense of dropping key arguments. I am flowing for a reason--the flow should be relevant throughout the last speech. Give credit to your sources; last name and date of publication are insufficient!
