Payment/Waitlist Information

Payment or proof of Payment submitted is required to get off the waitlist.

Payment must be made prior to the start of the tournament. The refrain of “the school will send the check” at registration, without proof, is not enough. WE WILL NOT HOLD PERSONAL CHECKS UNTIL WE GET A SCHOOL CHECK. We will provide you a receipt via Tabroom so that your school can reimburse you. We will accept in a limited number of cases proof of a payment requested if you are a school with a long history of attending and paying with the tournament. Bottom line, our business office does NOT want us chasing down payments into the winter/spring of 2027.

All schools are responsible for payment of fees based on the number of entries listed as of December 1, 2026. Drops between December 2 - December 18 will result in forfeiture of the entry fee (and the potential of judge fees if we have contracted with someone to fill a spot that you have requested).

If you ask to hire a judge and we accept that hire request, that hiring fee is frozen because we will then go out and "hire" a judge to take your spot, so we have committed that money already.
