School Authorization Form

Submission Directions:To submit the school authorization form, click on the tournament registration. Then click on the "General" tab. You will see the "School Entry Forms" box on the right-hand side of the screen. Click the Download button (little blue arrow pointing downward) to download the form and then once it is signed by the appropriate school official (principal or headmaster), please upload it on this page by clicking "choose file," find appropriate file and select, and then click "Go". The document will then be uploaded to your entry.

Our school is the degree-granting institution for every student from our school competing in the 2026 Damus Invitational Debate Tournament hosted by Notre Dame High School and Harvard-Westlake. Each student represents the school. Our school is responsible for every student, coach, and judge attending the 2026 Damus Invitational Debate Tournament under our school’s name and gives the students permission to compete and the judges permission to judge. There will be at least one school-approved chaperone who will always be accessible by the tournament staff if needed.We agree that if at any time the tournament discovers a student or school does not meet all the aforementioned criteria, the student(s) and/or school will be immediately disqualified from the tournament and forfeit any payments given to the tournament.

We also agree that if the school's students, coaches, judges, or chaperones fail to follow the rules of either Notre Dame High School or Harvard-Westlake, the school may be immediately disqualified from the tournament and forfeit any payments given to the tournament.
