we'll have prepared topics for Rounds 1/2 and Finals - 1/2 will be the same motion but students will debate both sides.

Rounds 1 and 2 - This House believes that multinational companies are friends of the developing world.

Finals - This House would change the constitution of Japan allowing them to have offensive forces.

Any other rounds will be impromptu.
