NDCA packet required for Novice division - only evidence from this packet may be run in the novice division at the tournament. There will most likely be additional restrictions within the packet - like no K's, etc. that will be discussed by all coaches with novice entries via email at least a week before the tournament. 

 

Coaches must disclose specific novice aff and neg strategies from the NDCA packet by Friday, Sept. 3rd.
