Protests and Equity Forms

Please use the following forms if you wish to file a protest or relay an equity concern. In addition to filling out the form please either come to the tabroom to notify us you have done so, or send a text or email to the tournament director so we can be prepared to resolve whatever issues arises in as timely a manner as possible.
