You should not make non-refundable travel arrangements until your entries have been cleared from the waitlist.

For 2025, we've negotiated room blocks with as many area hotels as possible to try and keep the cost of attendance as low as we can. 

We strongly recommend you stay in one of these hotels, as our negotiated rates are significantly better than the going rates in the area. The 2025 tournament also overlaps with the NBA All-star Weekend in the Bay Area, and hotel availability and prices are much worse than normal.
