World Schools Motions

MOTIONS ARE TENTATIVE, PLEASE CHECK OFTEN:

NOTES: We will not be doing impromptu motions. The schedule for the tournament in WS has been updated below.

Preliminary Rounds

Round 1: This House, as the United States of America, supports the nationalisation of the healthcare industry.

Round 2: This House supports the two state solution, but with the United Nations taking control of Jerusalem.

Round 3: This House believes that all research, scientific or otherwise, should be conducted without any profit incentive or motive.

Round 4: This House would require Heads of Government to have had either military or intelligence agency service prior to their ascension of office.

Elimination Round

Finals: This House believes the all Human Spaceflight should only be conducted by the governments of the many nations, or intergovernmental organisations, and not by private entities.

Judges Meeting: 8:00 AM

Round 1: 8:30 AM

Round 2: 10:00 AM

Round 3: 11:30 AM

Lunch: 12:45 PM to 1:15 PM

Round 4: 1:30 PM

Finals: 3:00 PM
