Debate Topics--Competitors will use the same topics both days!

Lincoln Douglas: We ARE NOT using the Novice Topic. ALL debaters will debate this topic:

Resolved: The United States ought to guarantee the right to housing.

Policy: Novice Policy debaters may only use the Case Aff and Neg arguments from the NDCA Novice Packet.

Resolved: The United States federal government should substantially increase fiscal redistribution in the United States by adopting a federal jobs guarantee, expanding Social Security, and/or providing a basic income.

Public Forum: All debaters use the same topic.

Resolved: The United States federal government should substantially increase its military presence in the Arctic.

Congress: This will be the docket for both Shadow/Angel and CSprings.
