Congress Legislation

Hi Congress Schools! In order to debate topics of interest from our participating schools, we are excited to invite every congress school to submit one or two pieces of legislation for consideration at our tournament. I will add legislation to the folder as it comes in until Monday morning. At Monday at 3 p.m., we will not accept new legislation except under extreme circumstances. 

We are also excited to have an all-novice congress session. New congress critters: come ready to speak and run your own debate!
