Rules

(1) Open to all teams competing at the HS TOC in PF (gold or silver).

(2) Format: 4 rounds (2 guaranteed aff + 2 guaranteed neg) - neg is second speaking for R1 & R2 and aff is second speaking for R3 & R4.

(3) Judges are required to be extremely well qualified (e.g. qualified coaches, or former toc qualified competitors only). This is not meant to be a lay or even flay adaptation environment. We can hire a judge for you if you cannot meet this requirement if given sufficient advance notice.

(4) Will be on Zoom.
