Tournament Structure

As the schedule states that there will be a round 1 and 2 for each speech event, we would like to clarify how the City Champs tournament will be run.

For Congress, it will follow the same structure as seen throughout the season.
2 prelim rounds then breaking to a Final Chamber

For PF, it will be 2 prelim rounds then a power-matched 3rd round.

For all other events,
If the event has greater than or equal to 20 entries there will be a semifinal round.

If not then it will follow a standard 2 prelim to finals structure.
