Friday Information

Important - We don't have school, but we do have an in-service day with some meetings in the building. We do not have the Hangar (cafeteria) reserved Friday night. Please arrive at the new main entrance (gym doors) and go directly up the stairs on your right. Proceed straight back, all the way to the end of the hallway. We will be holding you in theCommons friday night, which is across from the Library.

3:30 – Congress Session 1/Debate Round 1

4:30 – Debate Round 2

5:30 – Congress Session 2/Debate Round 3

6:30 – Debate Round 4

7:30/ASAP – Awards

Congress FYI

There will be two 1.5 hr sessions of congress. I am leaving a 2 hour block for each session to complete. If students in the chamber decide to move to recess mid-session, they are welcome to, but we will just do one scorer change. I will likely ask schools to provide a scorer if they have congress entries. If entries are low, I may supplement my students to ensure chambers function.

LD/PF

Please bring entries and judges to cover (2 entries = 1 judge). I will not move LD/PF online, but I may supplement some of my students to make sure the event functions. I don't care if we only have 2 entries in PF, we will go ahead as planned. I will try to avoid students debating their own school, but may go forward with it if necessary.
