3:15 -3:40 Arrive at Rockhurst HS, Reception for students & adults

PLEASE, do not try to enter campus until 3:15

All students leave by car, and school dismisses at 2:45

3:45 Required Opening Assembly for Students, Coaches, and Judges
4:15 Pairings released

4:30 Rd. 1
5:30 Rd. 2
Dinner 6:15 – 6:45
7:00 Rd. 3
8:00 Rd. 4
Announce breaks 9:15pm

Saturday, May 6

Location: Harry S Truman Presidential Library

Tour the facility at your leisure on Saturday! The hours are 9am to 5pm and you must use an event sticker, provided at our Saturday check in desk at the Library, East Entrance.

8:30am Arrive at Harry S Truman Presidential Library, East Entrance

8:30-8:50 Greeting & Light Breakfast available for those in elimination round 1

9:00 Elimination Round 1 (octs or qtrs)

10:30 Elimination Round 2 (qtrs or sems)

11:15 - noon Lunch available for those in elimination rounds

12:00 Elimination Round 3 (sems or finals)

1:30 Awards Assembly (finals if necessary, followed by Awards)
