School Permission Form

We do not allow independent entries. So, before we will consider letting your school off our waitlist, you must download the "school permission form" from our website, copy the exact language on your institution’s letterhead, and upload it back to our tabroom website in pdf form with the signature of a school administrator.

In order to complete this:
1. Click to register for the tournament
2. Click the “general” tab
3. To the right of the screen you will see “School Permission Form”
4. Click the down arrow to download our specific language
5. Copy and paste that exact language onto your school’s official letterhead and have a school administrator sign it
6. Upload the signed form to the same location you downloaded it from as a pdf
