In Person Schedule (Tentative)

Important note regarding the in person schedule:

Though we have traditionally had five rounds on Saturday (4 in the Novice division), it's clear to us that over the pandemic period, we have all lost the stamina or willingness for this. As a result, we are moving to a four round schedule on Saturday. We considered starting on Friday afternoon, but that does not work for many of the schools that attend our tournament.

This creates a real challenge for us on Sunday. How can we accommodate a double-octofinal round and still complete the tournament on Sunday? Our current plan is to single flight our octo-final round in the TOC division and declare co-champions in the final round, rather than holding it. If the schools prefer, we would be happy to hold the final round online later in the week.

*Elim schedule will be adjusted if we are able to move along more quickly. If a 5th elim is required, we will hold it online at a time convenient both participants. We may do the same with the 4th TOC elim as well, if folks are just to tired to get it done.
