JV Definition

A JV competitor is in their 9th or 10th grade year (so regardless of newness) or is an 11th grader in their first year of competition.

For speech events we will likely be combining JV and Open/Varsity divisions, but still awarding medals to JV competitors. The exception to this is OI. We will not combine JV Prose or JV Poetry with Varsity OI.
