We WILL allow competitors to use the internet for their 30 minute prep time. The guest WIFI is pretty simple to figure out and we will have folks on hand to help anyone who struggles to get connected.
Additionally, our judges in EXT will be told to not mark anyone down for using or not using a notecard.
