NCX schedule

Judging

Because it's only a 4 prelim tournament I've dropped your judging obligation to 2 rounds per novice cx entry. Please try to keep most of your judges available for all the elims but also feel free to email me if you need some time blocks for certain judges.

Schedule

We will use a 2 day schedule (overwhelming majority in favor of this). We will have four prelims. After that we will have 3 elims. All 3-1s will clear. All the teams who win all three of their elim debates will be declared co-champions. I will send out awards to all the elim participants.

Debates should start 30 minutes after the release of pairings. CX = 10 minutes prep, 10 minutes tech prep for during round technical issues. In novice use discretion giving them leeway for being novices on tech prep - more important to have debates than be super tight about 10 minutes tech prep.
