Prose / Poetry Documentation

Prose and Poetry documentation should be uploaded to --> DOCUMENT CHECK LINK!  by Monday, April 12th. 

Each student's documentation for Category A and Category B should be scanned as one document. The document should include the UIL provided Prose or Poetry documentation sheets (links below). In addition, you need to include the documentation to show it was published and other requirements. 

Each Scan should be titled with District Number and Students Last Name (example: 24Oyeleye).
