Fees & Payment

Student entry fees are $30 per student. Individual entries are thus $30, and partner entries are $60.

An early bird discount of 10% on all entries registered will be valid through Friday, March 12th. The discount will only be applied if your team fulfills at least half of the judging obligation by March 12th. Note that the early bird discount is nontransferable between entries (ie. if you enter a student before the early registration deadline, but drop the entry after, you lose the discount credit).

A additional fee of $20 will be applied to changes after Monday March 29th.

Tournament fines will be $50 for virtually all cases -- including missing judges, missed rounds, etc.

 

Payment must receive our school office, within a time frame of two weeks after the tournament -- by Friday, April 16th at the latest. We will require all coaches to confirm their entires and their payment methods, as part of the Friday registration on 4/2.

Personal checks will be accepted; please indicate which school you will be paying for. If you are unable to send your check prior to the tournament, you must email an official Purchase Order to the tournament director.

Unfortunately, there is no online payment option. All checks must be physically mailed to Wilcox High School. Payment for a single school can be split up into multiple checks. Please submit your invoice along with your check, so we know whose payment it is!

 

A school fee/shipping charge will be applied to all registered schools. Award and T-shirt packages will most likely be ready, close to the end of the semester/beginning of summer. Thus, pick up may not be the most feasible option for our school office, as well as all schools in attendance. We plan to ship out the packages to schools after the tournament.
