Asheville High Cougar Classic

Before your school will be allowed to participate in the Cougar Classic, we are requiring ONE of the following:
1. Payment in advance, OR
2. A photo of the actual check that will go in the mail (email to email@example.com), OR
3. Proof of a purchase order or proof that your check is being processed from your school bookkeeper (email to firstname.lastname@example.org).
Schools that do not provide one of the above will be dropped on Saturday morning and your students will not be allowed to compete. For schools that use option 2 or 3 above, your students will be able to compete, but awards will not be mailed until payment has actually been received.
Your fees will freeze Monday afternoon, which should be plenty of time to get your check request processed.
You may pay by either credit card or check. Details on both options are available on our Tabroom page or at this link.

Credit card payments should arrive prior to the beginning of the tournament on Saturday, November 21st.
A small service fee will be added to the credit card transaction. This is a convenience fee charged by the company handling our credit card transactions. The service fee does not go to the AHS Speech and Debate Team.
PAY BY CHECK OPTION
Schools may pay by check made out to Asheville High School Debate Team.
Before mailing your check please send an email with the amount of the check, the check number and the person or organization listed as the account holder on the check. Email that information to email@example.com. Then mail the check in time to arrive by Wednesday, November 25th.
