Registration Deadline

All entries, judges, and recordings must be final at 11:55 p.m. CT on November 9. No changes will be permitted after this time. Schools without the required judges entered in Tabroom.com after this deadline will risk forfeiture of their entries.

Student Recording Deadline

Coaches must add a link to each student's entry through the Tabroom.com registration system. This link must be added by 11:55 p.m. CT on November 9. Any entry without a recording link after this time will be dropped from the competition. 

Judge Deadline

Judges will receive an email alert when their judging assignments are live. One judge will be assigned no more than four rounds to adjudicate. Judges will have between the hours of 8:00 a.m. CT and 5:00 p.m. CT on Saturday, November 14 to complete their judging assignment. Not receiving email notification that rounds are live is not an excuse to fail to complete a judging assignment. All judges must log in to Tabroom.com to complete their assignments within this window. Failing to complete judging assignments will risk forfeiture of the school's entries.
