Schedule:
7:30 – On-Site Check-in can be done through Tabroom, no need to check-in in person
For questions, come to the Capitol Agriculture Museum (1W.14 by West Wing Security, Street Level)
8:00 – Welcome and Oath of Office in the Rotunda
8:20 – Morning Chambers for Senate and House Divisions
12:00 – 1:00 Lunch
1:00 – Finals Chambers for House and Senate begins.
12:45 - Afternoon Novice Chambers begin
4:00 – Hard stop for all chambers
4:30 – Awards Ceremony

Notes for coaches, students, judges, parents:
~ Postings for Finals will be on Tabroom by 1:00.
~ Chamber orders: We will have chamber orders posted the evening before the tournament!

~ School judges WILL BE USED for morning chambers. If your school judge is late/parking the car/in the bathroom andis not in the chamber ready to go at the start of rounds causing us to find a replacement judge, you will need to pay the$150 missing judge fee prior to Finals or your school competitors will be pulled from participating in Finals.

~ Overall Sweeps Award to 1st Place School

~ LUNCH: The Capitol Grill is located across from the Auditorium on Extension 1 at (E1.002) Please be advised that if you leave to get lunch elsewhere, do not plan to getting back through security at the Capitol Building can take quite long and rounds willnot be held for you.

~Internet access is allowed in Congressional Debate. The Capitol usually has fairly goo internet however, we cannot guarantee in any way, that your students will have accessto a good signal in the chambers in which they will compete. Additionally, students cannot be conversing with other students, coaches, visitors, spectators, on their computer by internet during the debate.

~Ballots will be released through TABROOM.
