Extemporaneous Speaking is NOT included in Section B. All Extemp preliminary rounds will be held Saturday.
All competitors with a 3–1 record in CX, LD, WSD and PF will advance to elimination rounds.
Debate competitors who do not advance may register for Extemporaneous Speaking until 7:00 AM Central Time on Saturday morning. Schools will be charged the applicable entry fee for any additional Extemp entries.
Debaters who advance to elimination rounds may NOT compete in Extemporaneous Speaking.

Scheduling Notes
Rounds may be accelerated whenever possible. Competitors and judges should monitor Tabroom throughout the tournament and be prepared for subsequent rounds to begin ahead of the published schedule.
The tournament reserves the right to adjust elimination rounds based on entry numbers and tournament needs.
