Contract Judges

The Memorial Spring Woods Swing Tournament is seeking qualified judges for September 25-26, 2026. We are a fully in person tournament, so virtual judging will not be an option. Should you receive a contract, you will be compensated $220 for a full judging contract and will be welcome to a great hospitality suite! Please complete this form to indicate interest.

Completion of this form alone does not represent a contract. Per district policy, you are required to complete a background check before we can issue you a contract. You can find the application HERE. Once you have received confirmation that you haveCLEAREDthe background check, please forward that confirmation to Harry (mhsdebateyu@gmail.com) as well as a copy of your W9. ONLY once you have completed these 3 steps (completing the form, completing the district background check, and forwarding confirmation and W9 to the tournament director) will you be considered for a contract. Tabulation and balloting will be handled through Tabroom.com. Contracts willONLYbe issued to judges with an account and a publicly visible paradigm on that platform. You must be high school graduate to receive a contract.
