Registration Due Friday 5/8 Step 1. RSVP to Confirm Attendance:Tocreate and release the bus schedule, I need to know all schools that plan to attend. Please respondto these questions to RSVP:

1. Will your team attend T8at USC? (Y/N)
2. Will your team ride the bus Saturday, May 16th, 2026?(Y/N)
3. How manyseats are you requesting on the bus?(Highest Estimate)
• The number of seats you request should include all competitors, chaperones, observers, judges etc.
4. Who will be your school's bus chaperone?
• We will contact this person to confirm entries and attendance on the bus before you arrive on campus.

Step 2.RegisterTeamson Tabroom:The tabroomregistrationdeadline is Friday.We have a tournament wide cap on total entries we can accept based on our room reservations, which means it will be difficult to admit late entries. If you're not certain about every entry, please enter the ones that you do know; it is easier to drop teamsthan add them late.

To help us stay on time, we will have virtual Step 3. Bus Schedule & Routes:Iwill release a bus schedule as soon as I have everyone's bus requests.Teams need to be accompanied by a school-approved chaperoneto be allowed on the bus. Students without a chaperone at the tournament are not allowed. Students are not allowed to leave the tournament site by themselves and must be signed out by their chaperone. Your team can choose to opt out of LAMDL-provided transportation and still compete under the condition that you still meet the chaperone requirement.
