Judge Information

Team Debate: Register one judge per team (up to two per family)*

Individual Events (I.E.): Register one judge per student (up to two per family)*

*Please note that hosting clubs have additional recruiting requirements

Parent Judges

• If you have two or more students, both parents will be registered as judges and expected to attend the tournament.

• If you have only one student and only one parent is available, please let your club administration know which parent will be attending.

• Parents are expected to be available to judge the entire tournament. If that is not possible, additional guest judges will need to be recruited to help cover the need.

• Parent judge registrations must be completed by the tournament registration close date of May 21, 2026. Please note that this closes earlier than guest judge registration.

Guest Judges

• Guest judges are anyone other than a parent, including alumni.

• Please use this form to register guest judges:Guest Judge Registration

• Clubs are encouraged to sign up guest judges as soon as possible.

• Guest judge registration will be open until 7PM, Tuesday, May 12, 2026.

• Please use this flyer to invite guest judges.
