Waitlist Procedures

Prerequisites - In order to be eligible to come off the waitlist:

1) entries must have names

2) at least one judge must be in the system for your school

Procedures

1) Entries who are FULLY covered by judging (1 judge = 2 Friday LD/PF entries or 8 Saturday entries) will always be accepted.

2) Uncovered entries will be let in off the waitlist periodically, subject to the capacity of our community pool, according to the following priorities. Within these groups, ties will be broken by earliest registration timestamp.

a) Schools who host a tournament we attend

b) Schools in the East Kansas NSDA district

c) Schools who add geographic diversity (out of state or >1.5 hr away)

d) All other entries

3) Once entries are let in, they will not be "re-waitlisted" unless a judge is deleted. This may result in the above priorities appearing as though they have not been followed.

While our team is small, our goal is to host a large and successful tournament in which all compete who wish to compete. Please help us by providing as much judging as you are able!
