Sweepstakes—For Varsity Division Only

NOTE: Sweepstakes may be restricted due to facility limitations. The availability of sweepstakes will be determined after registration concludes.

To be eligible for Sweepstakes competition (if offered), the IE competitor shall compete in three (3) events including one (1) from each genre (Interpretation, Limited Preparation, and Public Address). 13 year old Varsity competitors are not eligible for Sweepstakes.

IE Entry Limits

• Each 13-year-old Varsity competitor is limited to participation in a total of two (2) Individual Events.
• Impromptu: Beginning with the 2022 season, Varsity students are limited to two (2) consecutive seasons of competing in Impromptu at one or more CCA tournaments per season.A listing of ineligible students by club has been released.
• Each Junior Varsity and Junior competitor is limited to one (1) Individual Event.

Food Options & Catered Lunches

General

• Coolers, prepared foods, and private boxed lunches are allowed in the FLC/GYM hangout room.
• No food items, except for water bottles, may be taken into any other part of the building.
• Guest Judge Hospitality will be near the entrance to the Sanctuary.
• There are numerous restaurants about 3-4 miles from the building at I-65 Exit #99 and Main Street in Greenwood.
• It is highly recommended that families are prepared to arrive at the facility with food plans available for both days.
• All personal items should be removed from the hangout area by 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.

Chick-fil-A Catered Lunch.

Each club will be provided with a link to the lunch form. Lunch options are:

• Friday
• Premium Box Lunch—$14 (includes regular Chick-fil-A Sandwich, Chick-fil-A Waffle Chips, Fruit Cup, Cookie, and bottle of water)
• Market Salad—$11 (Sliced grilled chicken breast served on a fresh bed of mixed greens, topped with a mix of red and green apples, strawberries and blueberries. Blue cheese on the side.)
• Saturday
• Premium Box Lunch—$14 (includes regular Chick-fil-A Sandwich, Chick-fil-A Waffle Chips, Fruit Cup, Cookie, and bottle of water)

Parking

• From I-65 Exit #99, turn east onto Main Street/County Road 950N. Travel east to the intersection of County Road 950N and North Franklin Road. The building is on the northeast side of this intersection.
• Park in the north or west parking lot and enter the building through "Door B."
• Please reserve parking spaces on the south and east sides of the building for guest judges.
