Audit Process for District tournament days
At a minimum, primary results of each round (win/loss or rank) must be released to the advisor or a coach representative from each school in attendance after the conclusion of each round. The coach representative is responsible for reviewing results in a timely manner and alerting the District Committee to any potential errors or violation of the audit procedure. This will apply for all of our district events beginning with Congress on February 7.
Please take time to have a designated coach/representative for your school who will take care of checking audit for your school. The preference is that this would be the same person from round to round.
