Speech Pattern B: OO, HI, DI, PR, PO, POI

(Patterning based on judge demand per round, may be subject to change)

*Extemp follows Section A mostly, but it will deviate slightly in the late elimination rounds

Congressional debate will accommodate cross-entry with one Section A Speech/Extemporaneous Speaking
