The Heritage Debate & Forensics Team is honored and privileged to invite you to the War Eagle Classic from Tuesday December 2nd toSaturday, December 6th 2025
Registration opens Friday, October 13 at 8am. and closes Monday December 1st at 8pm.
We are offering ONLY asynchronous events this year. This allows schools and students many options. This is an Arkansas State Tournament Qualifying Event! Smaller Schools and Out of State Schools can participate and do not have to Travel. All High School entries are $9 per event. All Junior High entries are only $6 per event. Judges don’t have to travel. All schools and students can enter our Tournament and may attend another Tournament at the same time. Weather conditions are almost negated. Coaches and Teachers can use the asynchronous recording as a class assignment during a busy time of year. Finally, it allows tournament participation in a busy time of year without adding stresses and pressures. There are many virtues for the virtual format. We will be offering High School and Junior High School events!
· For High School we will offer OO, INFO, DI, HI, POE, POI, PRO, STY,
· We will do 4 Prelim Rounds for Recorded High School Events (more NSDA points)
· For Junior High we will offer OO, INFO, DI, DSL, HI, POE, POI, PRO, and STY (we have reduced fees for Junior High and all JH rounds are Asynchronous)
· All entries should be made through TABROOM.Deadline for entries will beMonday, December 1st by 8pm.You must provide a qualified judge for every six (6) entries.
· We will have Awards for the Top 3 Finalists and all other finalists will receive medals. There will be sweepstakes Awards for Large and Small School divisions
FEES:
High School - $9 per entry (unlimited asynchronous entries)
Junior High – $6 per entry (unlimited asynchronous entries)
Under Judge Fee - $25 (per Judge)
Missing Round Fee - $25 (per Judge, per occurrence)
School Registration Fee - $25.00 (per school registration)
Drop Fee Schedule - $10 - (November 17 -21) - $10
$20 - (November 22 to December 1st)
$25 - (After Registration closes)

Students may enter in as many asynchronous events as they and their Coaches. Please encourage your students to be diligent in linking their Tabroom accounts and uploading videos. Refunds will not be granted if students do not do these. There will also be no refunds for individual events dropped after the deadline.
REMINDER: 1 Judge Per 6 Entries. Team Coaches and Judges are required to register for Judging Rounds on Friday Dec. 5th
Please state any times your judges are unavailable on Tabroom with your registration.We will be using Tabroom for registration and tabulation purposes! Tabroom will have public access to tournament-related documents, pairings, and results for the tournament. Uncovered Judges will be charged at $25.00 for each missing Judge. Judges who missed rounds will also be assessed a $25 fee per round missed.

You may either sign up with a separate account or use your NSDA login to create an account. We will offer the following Individual Events in four (4) asynchronous rounds and then break to asynchronous finals:

· Jr H Informative Speaking
· Jr H Original Oratory
· Jr H Storytelling
We reserve the right to collapse any event with ample notice due to low entry.
Schedule
All Asynchronous Rounds will be Judged beginning Tuesday, Dec 2nd and end by Friday, Dec 5th. All Results and Ballots will be posted on tabroom.com.
The Tournament Staff may or may not reduce the need for rounds as per the needs of the Tournament. Virtual Awards Ceremony will be recorded and sent out as soon as rounds are finished and results are tabulated.
Sectioning and Breaks:
- Asynchronous judging will be conducted starting Tuesday, December 2nd to Friday, December 6th.
2. The number of event entries will dictate use need/use of quarter and semi rounds. Final rounds will have no more than 6 competitors.
3. The schedule may adjust as needed before and during the Tournament. Notification will be sent giving as much time as possible for all concerned.
Sweepstakes and Awards:
Only finalists will receive awards. There will be Plaques for 1, 2nd, 3rd place, and medals for the remaining competitors places 4, 5 and 6. We are excited to offer sweepstakes awards of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place for both Large and Small Schools.
Judging:
We will have one judging pool: 1 judge per 6 entries
