Payment Information and Support

Note - If you school or district has remaining balance from previous years at any event in the from previous academic years we expect payment or proof of payment in full prior to your entries being accept. Any school with a balance that has not paid or provide proof of payment will be removed from the tournament after the sign up deadline.

If you feel your check will not reach us in time send me a picture of the check or the Signed PO as soon as possible.

Late Payments

We are extremely flexible with school who affirmatively inform us of payment issues. Those who choose to not keep track and whose payments are late will see penalties added accordingly:

1 Month after the tournament - 5%

2 Month after the tournament - 10%
