Congressional Debate: Congress legislation

Public Forum: PF will use the November/December NSDA topic.

Lincoln-Douglas: LD (both divisions) will use the November/December NSDA topic. This scrimmage will not use the novice LD topic.

Policy: Resolved: The United States federal government should significantly increase its exploration and/or development of the Arctic.

Big Questions: BQ will use the revised 2025-2026 NSDA topic: Resolved: Moral systems rooted in theism are preferable to non-theistic moral systems.
