Hotel Block & Hotel Fee

Hello everyone - please find information related to our hotel block below.

1 - Please do what you can to book rooms early. Email Aaron Timmons (timmonsa@greenhill.org) with any reservation/hotel concerns.

2 –We have tirelessly negotiated to get the best rate possible and have secured a rate that we feel meets the needs of more of our guests. We DO need attendees to stay in our host hotel. To keep fees reasonable, and to have elimination rounds continue in the hotel on Monday, we need to utilize one hotel for our event. The rate is $118 per night (either doubles or singles).

THE LAST DATE TO BOOK AT THE TOURNAMENT RATE IS September 3rd, 2025.

3 - There is a $100 fee if schools opt not to stay in the host hotel. Please request the deletion of the hotel fee if you are staying at the Marriott Quorum ASAP by sending an email totimmonsa@greenhill.org with the subject line, “please delete hotel fee for X school.”

Schools that indicate they are staying at the host hotel and opt to stay elsewhere to avoid the fee will be asked to pay the fee at registration. We do not run the Fall Classic as a fundraiser (we can’t according to school policy), but we run a quality event and we ask that to avoid an increase in fees, schools utilize our host hotel. Local schools not staying at a hotel are exempt from this fee.
