BIS Reporting Form (Equity Office)
The Belonging and Inclusion Station (BIS)—formerly Equity Office—exists to address violations of harassment and discrimination policies and provide a safe space for individuals who report harassment and discrimination incidents at tournaments.
Please use this form to report any incidents to the BIS. Please note, this form is not meant to report rules violations or protests regarding judge decisions. Please use the Protest and Rule Violation form, found on our Tabroom page, to report those incidents. Belonging and Inclusion Advocates will keep the information disclosed as confidential as possible. Ethically, Belonging and Inclusion Advocatesare required to take appropriate action and notify authorities if tournament participants engage in behavior that presents clear and imminent danger to themselves or others, in the case of known or suspected child abuse or neglect, or in the case of known or suspected sexual violence. Please note, for student safety and support, any students speaking to the BIS should be accompanied by an adult.
