Judging Requirements

Friday Spring Debate Divisions - 1 full-time judge covers all of your entries. You are welcome to use your sponsor and put in the notes that you'd like them to be marked "Substitute Only", we will happily only use them if necessary. We plan to recruit enough judges that it is not necessary. We will GLADLY accept HS students to judge the novice divisions of LD/PFD/Speech.

Saturday LFS IE Tournament - 1 full-time judge covers all of your entries. You are welcome to use your sponsor and put in the notes that you'd like them to be marked "Substitute Only", we will happily only use them if necessary. We plan to recruit enough judges that it is not necessary. If we need you for any round it will likely be the SF for everyone. Hoping for 3 judge panels.

We wish to stress that we really do hope/plan/intend to not use your sponsor. The fine is set at the max amount Tabroom will let me so you notice. I strongly prefer you enter your on site sponsor(s) so that we have the quick ability to easily push them a ballot in case of a necessity. Plus then we know an accurate head count!

Please do not actually pay us $9999 for a judge.
