Fees

Your fees will not be accurate until you put the correct number of people attending the tournament using the general tab of your entry under "Per-person Fee Information". That number is your non competitor entourage number i.e. if you have 2 judges and one coach/parent/observer who isn't in the judging pool but will be on campus then your correct number is 3. This number will not automatically change when you add/drop judges.

When you register it will ask you to add a number for your "Per-person Fee Information". Entered competitors are already included and do NOT need to be included here. It is only for coaches/judges/chaperones/parents/observers.

If you need to change this number later, login to tabroom, click on "Heart of Texas" then click on "General". "Per-person fee information" is about halfway down the page.
