24 teams - 4 pods, 5 prelims aligned with vcx first elim aligned with vcx round 6. 2 judges per round. We will advance the top team from each pod.

Any sophomore (or younger) or student in their second full year of policy debate may enter. 3 tournaments or less in a year is not considered a "full year".
