School Judge Information/Obligation

We reserve the right to assign you to any event that our tournament is offering- there are no event-specific pools.

We have worked hard to come up with a policy that does not put any additional burdens (timewise or financially) on the wonderful schools that attend, while still allowing us to have a smooth, high quality tournament.

UPDATED JUDGE POLICY FOR IN-PERSON SECTION OF THE SWING

Your school will owe ONE adult judge PER tournament for every FOUR entries; maxed at a cap of THREE judges owed. Each school will owe a minimum of one judge (or judge fee) regardless of their number of entries.

JUDGE POLICY FOR THE ONLINE SECTION OF THE SWING

Your school will owe ONE adult judge PER tournament for every FOUR entries; with no max on judges owed. Each school will owe a minimum of one judge (or judge fee) regardless of their number of entries.

To help ensure a smooth-running tournament, we will charge a $25 fee for every missed round assigned to your school judges. This will apply to both online and in-person events. If you have a judge entered in Tabroom, we will assume that we can use them.
