The third time is a charm, folks!

Friday night we will host 3 rounds of speech and Saturday we'll host two Congress sessions and a full day of LD & PF debate.

We will follow the typical Des Moines Tournament Schedule for these events, and teams may arrive at Hoover anytime after 3:45 and set up in our commons / cafeteria area. Concessions should be available by 4:15 on Friday, and menus are attached in the files.Please note that on Friday night there are co-occurring events at Hoover Friday as Hoover hosts Lincoln for boys & girls basketball.

• Arrive anytime after3:45on Friday, Jan. 24 at 4pm
• Use front, far E doors for entry
• (front W doors are for BB and athletics may be charging)
• Cafeteria / Student Center (on map, "Rm."1210) open for team chill-space
• Concessions (W & right of the cafeteria, far side side of the auditorium) will open about4 pmon Friday (shared with basketball) and run Saturday approx.7:15- 2:00 -- menus are published in files.
• Extemp Prep will be in Rm.1320

• Friday night judges' reception is in the AD's office (Rm.1213 / 1212) at the far end of the cafeteria across from the vending machines (hospitality shared with basketball folks that night)
• Saturday judges' reception is in the Foods room (down the hallway from Tab) in1195(same as previous years)
• Tab is in Flex (1185/1186), first horizontal hallway; also open for judges chill-space either day
