Logistics for Saturday at Aquinas

Please note the following information sent to us from our tournament hosts with additional information from the District Tabroom Staff.

Registration runs from 7:15 AM - 8:00 AM. Debate schools should arrive early!
Please be sure to bring any necessary documentation with you to the registration table. (Single Letters of Intent, School Consent Forms, etc.)
Please check the NSDA High School Unified Manual for questions that you might have about event rules, tabulation, etc.

Remember, the Saturday 3/8 competition is taking place at:
Aquinas Academy

Please remind all coaches and students that they are NOT to touch ANYTHING in classrooms or in hallways, especially in the Lower School.
Competitors should not enter rooms until a judge is present.

Buses will unload in front of the school. Bus parking in the student parking lot.

Students will take steps down to the Rhodora cafeteria for registration and announcements.

Lunches will consist of a slice of Pizza, a bag of chips and a drink, for $5.00.

The High School is the front building, facing West Hardies Road (three floors).
All 50- rooms (example 501) are in the high school basement.
51- rooms are on the first floor of the high school.
52- rooms are on the second floor of the high school.

The Lower School is the first floor of the posterior building, behind the High School.
The Middle School is the second floor of the posterior building, behind the High School.
The 100 rooms are on the first floor of the lower school, and the 200 rooms are on the second floor of the Middle School.

The two buildings are connected by a bridge in the middle of both floors.

The Tab room and the Judges' Lounge are on the first floor of the high school.

WIFI will be available, but heavy use of sites like YouTube could reduce band width.
