Meal Information, Highlands Latin School, March 7 & 8, 2025

No Fellowship Meals are planned, but inter-club connecting is much encouraged.

Meals during the tournament -

· Families may bring coolers to use during the tournament.

· Competitors are urged to bring nourishing snacks and simple meals that can be eaten quickly between rounds.

· Stores and fast food available nearby if needed.

· No crock pots please.

· Please keep the eating space as neat as possible – all food and personal items must be cleaned up on Friday before leaving for the day. Please designate a club representative to ensure that club areas are kept neat.

· Coolers and personal items need to be removed from Cooke Hall by Saturday afternoon.

· No food or drink allowed in the competition rooms except for water.

· Hospitality will be available for Guest Judges.

· Coffee will be provided in Cooke Hall for parents.
